George the Dragon
George was a baby Dragon,
No other could fly higher,
But unlike the other baby Dragons
George could never breathe out fire.
Puff, puff, puff George tried,
With no luck he began to sigh,
As all the Dragons laughed at him,
Baby George started to cry.
He wondered away into the lair,
But stopped when he saw in the light,
A bright, big red hot chilli,
With his jaws he took a big bite.
George turned every colour,
His eyes were round and began to pop,
Boils fizzed and appeared on his tongue,
He begged for water and for it to stop.
Smoke steamed out of his ears,
He started to stomp about,
As an amazing thing then happened,
From his jaws a flame exploded out.
And from this moment onwards,
His flames were no longer weak or small,
As now there is no doubt that,
George is the hottest Dragon of them all.
